Right to Restrict Processing. You have certain rights to ‘block’ or suppress further use of your data. When processing is restricted, we can still store your data, but may not use it further. We keep lists of people who have asked for further use of their data to be ‘blocked’ to make sure the restriction is respected in future.

Right to Withdraw Consent. If you have given your consent to anything we do with your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (although if you do so, it does not mean that anything we have done with your personal information with your consent up to that point is unlawful). This includes your right to withdraw consent to us for use of your personal information for marketing purposes.
scaleMatters is committed to honoring rights you have been afforded under data protection laws while ensuring that such rights are exercised in accordance with our other legal and ethical obligations, and we will not deny providing goods or services to you, charge you different prices or provide a different level or quality of goods and services to you for exercising any of the above rights, unless those differences are related to the value of your information.
You may modify your information by emailing us at info@scalematters.com. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted will remain in our systems. You may submit a request for information by emailing us at info@scalematters.com. scaleMatters will evaluate all requests for information under all applicable laws and confidentiality protections or restrictions that apply to the company, its customers, its employees, or to other third parties whose data the company collects. scaleMatters will not provide any information if it would otherwise violate governing law or legal protections that apply to such data, including without limitation any applicable privileges.
